A little over a month ago, on my own 5-year anniversary, I had the honor of capturing another couple’s sweet “I Do’s”!  Working alongside Melissa Madden, I got to bask in the memory of my own most special day! The couple chose The Cape Rey, a Hilton Resort in picturesque Carlsbad, CA. It’s just steps from the beach!

I don’t always mention who does what in each wedding, but wow the florals! The gorgeous floral design was by Carlsbad local Studio Fleurish. Swoon! Just so gorgeously romantic! With all those deep reds mixed in with the whites, blacks, and just the right balance of greens. Just pure perfection!

The bride, Anita, and her loving beau, Matthew, are some of the sweetest, most down-to-earth people I have ever gotten to work with. They made the day relaxed and fun! Their love was so palpable, so pure…it was a real pleasure for me to be there with them, and it is my pleasure to share some of my favorite photos that I captured that day.
